We’ve come a long way since 1877. From our start as Lebanon National Bank, through our progression to Lebanon Citizens National Bank and in our current state as LCNB National Bank, we’ve balanced how to evolve with changing times while remaining true to our core beliefs. We were founded on the commitment to do right by the communities we serve, to care about each client beyond their account balance, to care about each other, and to do things right. As a result, we achieve excellence. And our success is measured through the success we help our clients attain.

While our dedication to these principles is unwavering, we must be committed to the changes required to serve new generations of clients, associates & shareholders.

At the bank’s centennial we had three offices and 50 employees. At the start of the new millennium we grew to 18 offices, 150 employees, and $480M in assets. Now, we staff more than 30 full-service branches in 10 counties with almost 400 employees.

LCNB has had much to celebrate and be proud of over its history. We have also faced trials and overcome them. The economic downturn that began in 2008 tested our strength. While others faltered, we leaned into our principles and forged a path of measured, strategic growth. As we look to the future, we will continue to trust our strong foundation and our deep commitment to our community, and you—our employees.

We’ve come a long way. But we have further to go. And we can only do that together.
